Standard Travel Agency Terms and Conditions

*(1) Our company is a guarantor partner of the Japan Association of Travel Agents (3F, All Nippon Express Kasumigaseki Building, 3-3-3 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo).
(2) Travelers or members who enter into package tour contracts with our company may receive reimbursement for claims arising from such transactions from the reimbursement guarantee bond deposited by the Japan Association of Travel Agents (as set forth in the preceding paragraph) up to ¥11 million.
(3) Pursuant to Article 49, Paragraph 1 of the Travel Agency Act, we have paid our share of the reimbursement guarantee fund to the Japan Association of Travel Agents (JTA). Therefore, we have not deposited a business guarantee fund pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the same Act.

Whether or Not to Include a Tour Guide

Unless specifically requested by the customer, we do not provide a tour guide.

Handling of Under-Capacity Travel

If the number of participants in a package tour falls below the number specified in advance by the organizer, the package tour will be canceled.

Explanation of Transaction Terms

We provide explanation of the transaction terms pursuant to Article 12-4 of the Travel Agency Act. This explanation will be provided based on the separately provided travel terms and conditions.

*(1) If the customer wishes to cancel, a cancellation fee determined by the transportation company will be charged.
(2) Escort service fees, change procedure fees, cancellation procedure fees, communication costs, and consultation fees will not be charged.
(3) The above fees include consumption tax.
