Consideration payable by customers in relation to financial instruments transaction

For transactions based on matching a buyer and a seller, both parties will be charged an administrative fee of 3% of the financial instrument's price plus JPY 60,000 (plus tax). This is separate from the price of the financial instrument itself.
For immediate transactions with NOT A HOTEL 2nd Inc. where no matching is required, this fee is included in the price of the financial instrument.
Please be aware that the financial instruments offered are not subject to the "cooling-off" period (cancellation by written notice) as defined under Article 37-6 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.

In cases where losses may arise as a direct result of fluctuations in interest rates or other relevant indicators during their financial instrument transactions, the relevant indicators and the reasons for such fluctuations

The target financial products are primarily trust beneficiary rights with real estate as the trust property. Therefore, losses exceeding the initial principal are not likely to occur as a "direct" result of fluctuations in the indicators listed on the left.
