Membership requires purchasing a fractional interest in any NOT A HOTEL home. Ownership in one home offers priority booking access, and unlocks the ability to stay across the entire NOT A HOTEL network. Ownership can later be sold on our secondary market.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations can be made via our dedicated app. For one's own properties, bookings can be made up to 12 months in advance. For other properties, bookings can be made up to 4 months in advance.
Currently, there are no priority systems. However, owners with more than 30 nights can book up to two months earlier than those with fewer than 30 nights.
Each property has designated High and Standard seasons. Nights owned are divided accordingly: 40% for High season and 60% for Standard season.
You can make a reservation as long as there are available slots and you have remaining nights to stay.
Yes, this can be arranged via our dedicated app.
You can use the nights you own to stay at other NOT A HOTEL properties.
Additional fees may apply depending on your owned property and the property you wish to use. Please check with our staff for details.
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. If you need to adjust these times, please inform our staff.
