The expansive 500 square meter PENTHOUSE is defined by its magnificent, multi-faceted pools. Designed to accommodate up to eight guests, the interior features a kakekomi sloped ceiling with exposed log rafters, creating a serene aesthetic reminiscent of traditional sukiya architecture.

In the living and dining area, expansive apertures frame the majestic landscape of Yugawara like a masterpiece. Facing a sofa large enough for eight to lounge side-by-side is an infinity pool that merges seamlessly with the surrounding greenery. As the water stirs, its gentle ripples cast a dreamlike play of light across the interior.

This exclusive restaurant is reserved solely for owners. Blending the warmth of wood with sleek exposed concrete, the space features both a counter area and private dining rooms with panoramic views of the Fujiki River.
Showcasing seasonal ingredients from around Yugawara, the menu is set to offer a variety of dishes—including oden and charcoal-grilled yakitori—available à la carte.
